By accessing and using DFW Strategy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We only access your data to provide our dashboard and analytics services. We do not:
Mine or analyze your data for any purpose other than providing our service
Share your data with third parties
Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
Store your data longer than necessary to provide our service

4. Service Availability

DFW Strategy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to:

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or errors
- Third-party actions or content
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. No Refunds
All fees and charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel, downgrade, or terminate your account, you will not receive a refund or credit for any partial billing periods or unused services.
Note: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service.
Your continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.
